Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Tinyloop, Tinyhat, and the services available through tinyloop.co and related domains. By using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The Tinyhat Service

Tinyhat provides hosted AI-agent infrastructure, including dedicated isolated cloud computers or servers for customers who want to run OpenClaw and related tools without managing the infrastructure themselves.

3. Dedicated Server Commitment

For Tinyhat hosted OpenClaw services, we assign each customer a dedicated isolated computer or server. We do not share that computer with other customers. We do not access, inspect, or browse the files inside that computer. When your relationship with us ends, we remove the server and delete the data on it. We do not reuse that server for another customer.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the instructions, tools, credentials, files, and third-party services you choose to use with Tinyloop or Tinyhat. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any data, credentials, software, or integrations you place in your dedicated environment.

You agree not to use the service to:

  • violate the law or another person's rights;
  • run malicious, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity;
  • attempt to break, probe, or bypass service security;
  • interfere with other users or infrastructure; or
  • use third-party services in ways that violate their terms.

5. Privacy and Security

Privacy and security are our first priority. We use reliable cloud infrastructure providers, including Google Cloud, and apply modern privacy and security configurations designed to protect customer isolation and service reliability.

We intentionally keep personal-data collection narrow. We collect contact information you provide, such as email or phone number, and the minimal operational records needed to provide, secure, support, bill, and legally operate the service.

6. Payments and Cancellation

Paid services are billed according to the plan presented at signup or in your order. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation ends future service access and starts the removal of your dedicated server and the data on it.

7. Third-Party Services

Tinyloop and Tinyhat may help you connect to third-party services, including AI models, messaging tools, payment providers, cloud providers, and other APIs. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to use.

8. Service Availability

We work to provide a reliable service, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, maintenance, reliability, legal compliance, or product changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinyloop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and post the revised Terms on this page.
