Terms of Use for AI Voiceover and Narration

1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to AI Voiceover and Narration, a product of Tiny Loop Tech Solutions. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI Voiceover and Narration addon (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Use of the Service

2.1 By using the AI Voiceover and Narration addon, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2.2 The AI Voiceover and Narration addon is designed to generate AI Voices using services provided by OpenAI. You are responsible for using this Service in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of the Service or its features.

• Use of the Service for any illegal purpose or in a way that is detrimental to others' use of the Service.

• Interference with or disruption of the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service.

3. Account Management

3.1 The AI Voiceover and Narration addon operates within the Confluence environment and requires an active Confluence account. Your use of the addon is governed by the terms of service of both the Atlassian Marketplace (Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use) and OpenAI (OpenAI Service Terms).

3.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your Confluence account is active and in good standing. Tiny Loop Tech Solutions is not responsible for the management or maintenance of your Confluenc account.

3.3 By using the AI Voiceover and Narration addon, you agree to comply with all applicable terms and conditions set forth by Atlassian and OpenAI. Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the addon.

3.4 While no separate account creation is required for the addon, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Confluence and OpenAI accounts. Tiny Loop Tech Solutions will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your accounts.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership: The AI Voiceover and Narration addon, including all intellectual property rights therein, is the property of Tiny Loop Tech Solutions. All rights not expressly granted to users in these Terms are reserved by Tiny Loop Tech Solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, the software, associated media, graphics, and any documentation or content provided with the addon.

4.2 User Content: Users may input or upload content to Confluence and interact with the AI Voiceover and Narration addon. While Tiny Loop Tech Solutions does not store these interactions, they are processed directly by OpenAI and are subject to OpenAI's service terms (OpenAI Service Terms).

4.3 Restrictions: Users may not duplicate, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service, nor may they reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or users have our written permission.

4.4 Copyrighted Material: Users agree not to upload or share content that infringes upon someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: Tiny Loop Tech Solutions provides the AI Voiceover and Narration addon 'as is' and makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the service, including but not limited to its fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

5.2 Compliance with OpenAI Policies: Please note that our usage policies require you to provide a clear disclosure to end users that the TTS voice they are hearing is AI-generated and not a human voice, in accordance with OpenAI's policies (refer to OpenAI's Usage Policies for more information). You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable usage policies, terms, and conditions set forth by OpenAI.

5.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Loop Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

5.4 Termination: Tiny Loop Tech Solutions reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service for any reason, including a breach of these Terms, at its sole discretion.

6. General Provisions

6.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6.2 Amendments: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
